In the spring course of 2022, "The Two Autobiographical Praises of Mikyo Dorje," the Karmapa told the story of the false allegation of the 8th Karmapa, Mikyo Dorje, for several consecutive classes. The story is that someone wrote a letter in the name of the 8th Karmapa criticizing the Nyingma school, thus causing a great misunderstanding between the two schools. The 8th Karmapa issued a statement to clarify, but the communication was undeveloped in the old days, and not many people knew about this clarification statement. The following year, the 8th Karmapa passed away, so he was misunderstood and died. The 17th Karmapa had read the clarification letter of the 8th Karmapa. He also studied and investigated some materials related to this incident. There is much evidence to prove that the 8th Karmapa did not write the letter criticizing the Nyingma school, so people misunderstood the 8th Karmapa. Therefore, the 17th Karmapa clarified the grievances of the 8th Karmapa for 400 years.
The 17th Karmapa emphasized that If someone falsely accused us, we must clear it before we die. According to what the Karmapa said above, when the time ripened, The Karmapa would come forward and explain clearly about the false allegations. 『Amid speculation about the 17th Karmapa Lama Ogyen Trinley Dorje’s return to India from the US later this year, sources hint at “perceptible strategy change” by Delhi.

Speaking to The Tribune, officials said “India wants to bolster its claim as a cradle and home of Buddhist thought” with the Tibetan leader’s presence in the country, “particularly in view of China’s bid to woo the influential clergy with an eye on the post-Dalai Lama scenario”.
A senior MHA official said, “Both the Dalai Lama and China recognise Ogyen Trinley Dorje as the 17th Karmapa. India for long recognised his rival Thaye Trinley Dorje. In the post-Dalai Lama scenario, Thaye Trinley Dorje may not be of much help, as he not only publicly challenges the Dalai Lama’s authority, but, like China, he also does not accept the Dalai Lama as the supreme Tibetan leader.”
According to sources, Karmapa, over the past few months, has signalled through various actions that he is one with the Dalai Lama and Tibetan cause and remains popular with the diaspora.

From 2014 to 2015, they began to send personnel to infiltrate KTD&KLRC and its affiliated entities in a planned way. A Taiwanese nun also retreated with Han at the same time. She recorded her daily practice during the retreat. On October 14, 2017, Han claimed that she was sexually assaulted in the retreat room, and those Chinese claimed that they saw the Karmapa enter the Han's room and were witnesses.
Han is not a US resident, so without a US driver's license and social security number, she has no record of status in the US. Han claims that on November 23, 2017, she left the retreat center to go to the hospital for a pregnancy test, which confirmed her pregnancy. We infer that Han gave her passport or a fake passport with a changed photo to a Chinese woman who was approved to be pregnant. The woman took Han's passport to the local hospital for a pregnancy test, and the test result confirmed that she was pregnant. The passport number, name, birthday, address, etc., of the test report, are all Han's private information. At the end of November, Han made an appointment to see the Karmapa. She informed the Karmapa of the test report results that she was pregnant with a Karmapa child, which the Karmapa immediately denied. "She said her child was my child," the Karmapa told his lawyer.

In early 2018, representatives of the group visited the Karmapa and threatened to intimidate the Karmapa. If he did not accept their proposal, the scandal of Han's sexual assault and pregnancy would be made public, and the Karmapa would lose all standing and reputation.

At the same time, the undercover personnel in KTD and KLRC claimed to be Karmapa disciples, supported and helped the Karmapa in his work, and often provided the Karmapa with living necessities. We can reasonably suspect that they faked text messages and audio recordings, claiming that the Karmapa instructed them to send money to Han. They sent the money from their private bank accounts three times in total, for a total of 900,000 Canadian dollars (about 700,000 US dollars) to Han for child support, they say, because the Karmapa is trying to hide the source of the funds. Then the organization arranged for Han to visit a psychiatrist who regularly claimed that after being sexually assaulted, she had the traumatic syndrome, depression, and auditory hallucinations…. and called the suicide center many times. She has a record of seeing a psychiatrist and calling a suicide center, so if she lied under oath in court, she could get out without jail or a fine. They planned carefully and even thought of a way out.
In 2018, Jane Huang and Wu Hang Yee were also preparing evidence to slander the Karmapa.

The KLRC Retreat Center has several buildings: the Lama House, where the Karmapa visits and stays; 8 cabinets for practitioners participating in the retreat; and the two Long Houses, each with six individual units, which are for the private retreats.

Han: During the retreat, she was isolated from the outside world, and she had to follow the intensive practice progress every day. Such progress robs her of sleep time and often makes her feel very tired. She complained about KLRC's strict rules that she could not leave the retreat without permission.
Lama Lodro: Han herself applied for a retreat at KLRC. According to Han's application information and after the interview, KLRC accepted her for the retreat. In August 2016, she began to participate in pre-retreat training, after which Han signed a consent form to participate in the 3-year retreat starting in October 2016.
Han: On November 23, 2017, she went to the hospital near the retreat center for a pregnancy test, and the doctor confirmed that she was pregnant. Because she went to see a doctor without KLRC's approval, which violated the rules of the retreat center, KLRC terminated her from continuing the retreat. She accused KLRC of not letting her go back to her room to get her luggage, so she moved to the Long House, and she had no food to eat. She returned to Canada on January 20, 2018. She accused KLRC of not letting her return to the retreat room to pick up her luggage, which had several items missing when they returned it to her.

Lama Lodro: After Han left the retreat center on November 23, 2017, she never returned to KLRC nor stayed in KLAC's Long House.
Han: Han claims that the Karmapa remitted $900,000 to her for child support during 2018. The transfers were made by staffers of KLRC and Karma Kagyu-related entities through several private accounts in third-party banks, presumably to disguise the source of the funds. Han accused KTD & KLRC and related entities of providing donations from followers to the Karmapa as private expenses, who lived a lavish life, commuting in luxury cars and dining in fancy restaurants. (Note: Han may not know that the Buddha Dharma is priceless, and believers are willing to provide the most comfortable accommodation, food, and transportation for the teachers. The followers of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama also offer the best accommodation, food, and transport to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The purpose is to ask the teachers to teach the precious Buddha Dharma.)
Han said she believed that KLRC knew Karmapa was prone to sexual assault but helped support the sexual assault. She intends to take action against KLRC and related entities, as well as Karmapa.
Lama Lodro: She have read Han's petition for information on KTD&KLRC and the Karma Kagyu lineage, and Han keeps referring to the relevant "entities" without providing any evidence that these so-called "entities" actually exist. Han has made numerous false, defamatory, and damaging statements about KTD's mission and operations. These allegations seek to jeopardize the necessary work and mission of KTD. Allegations of KTD's business operations and misuse of funds are false and do not reflect the valuable work KTD does.
Han's team: When the Karmapa visited KTD in New York, KTD and their related entities advertised the Karmapa's visit and hosted him; the Karmapa was staying or dining at their facilities, and they did not ask the Karmapa to pay for the food & accommodation costs, everything is free. The Karmapa's visit is essential fundraising and publicity opportunity for KTD/or its affiliates. They asked the Karmapa to teach the Dharma in 2017, at least in part, to attract monetary donations. Even through March 2022, KTD and their related entities continue to be associated with the Karmapa, teaching the Karmapa's teachings and presenting documentaries about past Karmapa visits to KTD, which they suggest donations of $80.
Karmapa's response: On the last day of KTD's ten-day course on July 2, 2022, Karmapa offered to teach online through ZOOM. KTD promoted this event a week ago and suggested a donation of 0-300 dollars.

This information was fake news, which may be from the team Vikki Hui Xin Han, who wanted to hurt the Karmapa again and make the Karmapa believers lose confidence in the Karmapa. Moreover, the blogger alleged last year that three of his trusted friends saw the Karmapa enter Han’s retreat room; KLRC's retreat center is not accessible to non-retreat persons. That three of his friends and Han were complicit. Hence, the motive of this blog is very suspicious, and it may have something to do with Han’s team. Maybe it's a propaganda tool for that organization.
The Canadian lawsuit started the trial for the first time in mid-April 2022, and it generally takes one to two years for a judgment. Therefore, during this period, they will use all means to slander and harm the Karmapa. We must be vigilant and not be deceived. The fake news mentioned above is an example.
